Last night I sewed up Miffs cardigan, it has been a work in progress since May 07 unfortunately for Miff and his cardigan I lost heart due to a series of "issues", that I dont wish to rehash.
Anyway he wanted a cardigan, he wanted it blue, he wanted it baggy, well it is all of those and more. It is ugly. No it is BUGLY. BUGLY beyond belief. And retro, but then Miff likes retro.
I still have to knit the band put on the buttons and it is done. I dont know why but every time I knit something for Miff I hate it and think it is disasterous and yet he loves it and wears it to death!?? Perhaps it is love. Maybe I have been touched by the sweater curse?? I asked Miff not to wear the cardigan to work and under no circumstance to tell anyone that I made it!!!
