One Skein - A Stole

I was surfing around Ravely looking for a project to use the one skein of Noro Kuryeon Sock yarn I had in my stash. I didnt want to knit it into socks as I dont really like teh way it feels and I am not much of a sock knitter.

This is the stole/scarf blocked and modelled by The Princess.
I found the One Skein A Stole pattern and away I went.
I was going to send it to my friend DL in Ohio for her birthday but the princess said she loved it and she never says she loves anything I make so I gave it to her.

I used 5.5mm rosewood needles and had barely 1 gram left on completion. It took me 2 days to knit and I have to say was an easy TV knit.

Once blocked it was 180cm x 36cm. The yarn softened up after blocking but I am not very impressed with the Noro as it is uneven and has knots and is scratchy when it is being knit up. I would only use this again if someone asked me to knit them a stole.
